A: You need either a pager or cellular phone that is capable of receiving SMS (Short Message Service) aka "Text Message". When you sign up for SMS, you receive an email address, which will allow people (and us) to send you text pages to your cellphone. If you are unsure if you have this service or have any questions about setting up the SMS service on your cellular phone, please contact your service provider.
A: We do not provide the equipment or service, but there are hundreds of service providers throughout the country, most of them are excellent. Because of the great number of companies and locations, we can not recommend one in your area.
A: If you choose the ECN stock feed, your quotes are in real-time. If you choose the standard stock feed, the quotes are delayed 15-20 minutes.

A: We have found real-time quotes to be cost prohibitive for the majority of our customers. ECN quotes offer the same advantages for more of our customers by keeping our prices reasonable.
A: This may happen when you select the combine function. If by combining all your pages together, it exceeds the text limit of the paging service, some of the information will be cut off. Please de-select the combine function in your profile.
